Using a DIY feminist approach, the authors share three tailor-made courses they’ve introduced to engage feminist ideological work in classrooms where such topics are deemed unusual.
Nupoor Ranade
Nupoor Ranade is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Communication, Rhetoric & Digital Media program at the North Carolina State University with a focus on technical communication, usability analysis, data analysis and rhetorical studies in Artificial Intelligence and the IoT domains. She has a background in Computer Engineering and has earned an M.S. in Technical Communication before joining the Ph.D program. She is interested in exploring the field of human computer interaction and the role it plays in behavioral studies, which impact pedagogical approaches especially digital literacy concerns.
