Heather Salter Dromm

Heather Salter Dromm is an instructor of English at Northwestern State University of Louisiana and is the co-editor of The Catcher in the Rye and Philosophy (2012). Her other publications include ‘Bologna Tacos and Awful Grandmothers: Food Identity in Sandra Cisneros’s Caramelo’, published in Rethinking Chicana/o Literature through Food: Postnational Appetites (2013) and a chapter in Looking Back at the Jazz Age (2016).
