Seeing students not as passive receivers but as co-creators of knowledge, Morris develops a teaching toolkit to transform them into promoters of social justice, who can resist post-truth, post-racial, and sexist discourses.
Charlotte Morris
Charlotte Morris is a teaching fellow at the University of Sussex, UK. She holds a doctorate in Gender Studies and teaches sociology, gender studies, research methods and education, currently convening a foundation course at the School of Education and Social Work. Charlotte’s research interests include contemporary intimate lives, gendered inequities and inclusive practices in higher education. She is now focussed on developing a community of teaching practice in response to a highly charged political climate.
