Camille Melissa Waring is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Research and Education in Arts and Media, School of Arts, University of Westminster, London. She is working on her thesis, Whoretography: Sex Workers as Image-makers: A Critical Analysis of Sex workers’ Self-representation in Online Public Spaces. Most recently, she contributed a chapter titled ‘Visual Activism and Marginalised Communities in Online Spaces’ to Feminist Art Activisms and Artivisms (2020). Camille is the founder of the feminist creative resistance and visual arts rebellion website, The Photographic Theorist.
